About Madilyn

I have had the privilege of serving the people of Clark County as a Chief Deputy District Attorney currently assigned to the gang section of the Major Violators Unit. My focus in my current assignment is prosecuting the most violent gang members in the community. I work every day in the Clark County Courts to advocate for victims and to seek justice for victims and their families.

I am a fourth-generation Native of Nevada, born and raised in Clark County, and now I am raising my family here.

What Madilyn Stands For

I have worked and represented the people of Clark County for my entire career. I have been dedicated to public safety, seeking truth, and equal access to justice for all. As a prosecutor, I have devoted my career to protecting victims and keeping the community safe. I am dedicated to making a difference in this community that has been my home and my family’s home for generations. As a judge, I will be fair, impartial, and respectful to all who come before me.

I received my Juris Doctor degree from J. Reuben Clark School of Law, Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah Juris Doctor, in April 2017. Prior to earning my Juris Doctor degree, I graduated from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
